Return Policy for Inkblot Reverie - Artwork Collection:
Thank you for choosing Inkblot Reverie for your unique art prints created with Printify's print-on-demand services. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience:
Order Customization: As all our art products are crafted on-demand by Printify, each piece is unique and produced only after an order is placed. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for instances where the customer has ordered the wrong size, color, or has had a change of mind after confirming the order.
Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors: In the unfortunate event that your art print arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, we're here to help. Contact our team within 30 days of receiving your product by using the email in the contact part of our policies. Please include a clear photo displaying the issue. If the issue affects multiple products with the same design, an additional photo (or video) showing all affected items in one frame may be required for confirmation.
Unsuccessful Delivery: Inkblot Reverie will not be held responsible for orders with incorrect size or color specifications provided by the customer. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can choose either a replacement with an additional charge or receive a partial refund.
Print Placement Tolerance for DTG Products: For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) art prints, please be aware of a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Minor variations within this range are considered acceptable and will not be classified as defects.
